About Me: Anti-Discriminatory Counselling
I am an English-born person (she/her) living and working in Scotland.
I have a background working with parents, children, and families, with experience across community-based projects, education, the third sector, and private social care.
Anti-racist and anti-discriminatory counselling is very important to me. I have Greek, Egyptian, and Scottish heritage, and draw on my experiences as a minority-ethnic person with experience of white-passing privilege to inform my approach.
I also have worked extensively with neurodiversity and previously facilitated a group for parents of neurodiverse children.
It's not just my own experiences, but the experiences of my father, grandmother, and ancestors which propel me forward.
